2. Collection and processing of personal data
2.1 Website visits (server log files)When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files. This includes: IP address, date and time of access, URL requested, data volume transmitted, browser type and operating system.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).
Retention period: These records are deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest.
2.2 Contact formWhen you send an enquiry via our contact form, the information you provide (name, email address and message) is processed to handle your request and any follow-up questions. Your message is forwarded to us by email. Form data is not stored permanently in a database.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries).
Retention period: Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship, but no longer than 6 months after the enquiry is concluded.
Disclosure: Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
