Background
Bookings arrived through WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls. Appointments and payments were tracked manually.
The studio needed a tool that matched the real reception workflow instead of forcing staff into generic salon software.

Role-based access with Supabase Auth and Row Level Security keeps staff workflows focused and data access controlled.
